What can we do for you?

Start by sending us an enquiry using our contact form.

We will then contact you to set up a teams meeting. This initial meeting is completely free of charge and its purpose is to understand your learning needs.

Once we have your contact details, we will send you a formal offer. We need to agree on the dates and times of meetings. All group lessons will be activated when we reach a minimum of 4 enrolments. The maximum number of students is 10.

Payment is a small monthly fee. You’ll be able to do a recurring bank transfer or pay by credit card. Your subscription is a monthly fee, not an hourly fee. We work all year except for August and Italian state holidays (red days in the calendar). You can cancel your subscription at the end of a payment period, with one month’s notice, when you feel you have reached your objectives.

Is there anything else to pay?

You’ll have to buy a textbook, and all the stationery you may need. If you do exam simulations or extra exercises, you may be charged a fee for correction - to be agreed when you book.

If you need extra support, such as one to one sessions, recoup lessons, or need support on your schooling, this is not part of your monthly subscription and you need to pay for it separately.

The monthly subscription only applies to group courses. For one to one lessons, school support, translation services, etc. send us an email and we will give you a tailored quote.

Do I need to be an expert in IT?

No. The technology we use is what everybody uses; it is not specific to educators. We have a website, and I will be posting on the blog every now and then, but your main points of contact will be email and WhatsApp. Lessons are usually held using Microsoft Teams. I find it’s a great software to use because you can just follow the lesson using your browser, without installing anything or subscribing to any additional service. For payment, you should be able to do a bank transfer using your online banking system. The textbooks come with listening files and software. You are not obliged to install the software if you think that won’t be useful to you. For writing exercises, you can write the text directly in your email programme. As you see, it’s really nothing more than what you would be using at school or work. Should you have any difficulties, send me an email and I’ll do my best to help you.
